PM Modi chairs COVID-19 review meeting

New Delhi, Jan 09 (ANI): Amid the surge in COVID cases following the emergence of the Omicron variant of coronavirus, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meeting to review the COVID-19 situation in the country, through a video conference on January 09. India reported 1,59,632 fresh COVID-19 cases, 40,863 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
