PM Modi’s security breach ‘black chapter’ in India’s democracy: CM Dhami

Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Jan 05 (ANI): While condemning the security lapse during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Punjab, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on January 05 termed it as ‘black chapter’ in India’s democracy. “We condemn the security lapse during PM Modi's visit to Punjab today. This will be remembered as a black chapter in our democracy. Congress has always tried to end democracy in the country.”
