UP Polls: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi casts vote in Rampur

Rampur (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 14 (ANI): Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi cast his vote at Rampur Constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Voting for the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls began on February 14 at 7 am. While speaking to mediapersons, Union Minister urged people to participate in the elections with full gusto.
