Poonam Sinha expresses gratitude to people of Asansol over Shatrughan Sinha’s victory in Lok Sabha bypoll

Asansol (West Bengal), April 16 (ANI): After actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha registered a landslide victory in Lok Sabha bypoll on April 16, his wife Poonam Sinha expressed gratitude to the people of Asansol and said that it feels like we are from Asansol only. “We are happy as the people of Asansol have welcomed us with open hands. It feels like we are from Asansol only. It can only happen in India where people love each other,” said Poonam Sinha, wife of Shatrughan Sinha. “We have created history by winning with a record margin. It’s a victory of democracy, the people of Asansol, TMC workers and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee,” said TMC leader Shatrughan Sinha.
