Pragya Thakur calls Nathuram Godse 'deshbhakt' in Lok Sabha

New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): BJP Lok Sabha MP Pragya Thakur called Mahatma Gandhi's assassin Nathuram Godse as a 'deshbhakt.' She called Godse a patriot during a debate in Lok Sabha, it also triggered a protest by Opposition members. Thakur interrupted DMK member A Raja cited a statement of Godse on why he killed the father of the nation during a discussion on the Special Protection Group (Amendment) Bill. The BJP MP interrupted and said, 'You cannot give example of a deshbhakt.' Replying on her statement Thakur said, "First listen the full statement, I will reply tomorrow."
