President Kovind arrives at Central Hall to address both Houses of Parliament

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind arrived at the Central Hall of the Parliament. He was accompanied by Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The President will address both Houses of the Parliament.
