President Kovind reviews passing out parade in Uttarakhand

Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Dec 11 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind reviewed the passing out Parade at the Chetwode Building Drill Square in Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh were also present.
