Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Nov 19 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on November 19 criticised the Central Government after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced to repeal three farm laws and said, “What did the leaders of the Government not call the farmers? 'Aandolanjeevi', goons, terrorists, traitors -who called them all this? Why was the Prime Minister silent when all of this was being said? He himself uttered the word 'Aandolanjeevi'.” “When farmers were being killed, batons were being used and they were being arrested -who was doing it? Your government. Today you say that the laws will be repealed. How are we going to trust you? I am happy that Government understood that nobody is bigger than farmers in this nation,” she added.
