Punjab: Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee holds ‘rail roko’ agitation

Amritsar (Punjab), Dec 20 (ANI): Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee on December 20 held 'rail roko' agitation in Devidaspura, Amritsar over several demands. Police were present at the spot to control law and order situation. Their demands included farm loan waiver, compensation and jobs for families of farmers who died in farmers' agitation and fulfilment of assurances given to them by Government of India.
