Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Mar 23 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister-designate Pushkar Singh Dhami offered prayers at the Race Course Gurudwara in Dehradun on March 23. He will take oath as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand later in the day.
