Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot inaugurates ‘Jungle Safari’ at Jaisamand Wildlife Sanctuary in Udaipur

Udaipur (Rajasthan), May 22 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated 'Jungle Safari' at Jaisamand Wildlife Sanctuary in Rajasthan’s Udaipur on May 20. Speaking on the same, he said that today India has around 70 pc world’s tiger population which is a matter of pride. He said, “Today almost 3000 tigers exist in India which accounts to 70 pc of total tiger population in world. This is a matter of pride for us. In 2018 we had 3 tiger reserves and in coming years work to form 3 new tiger reserves is underway.”
