Rajasthan CM Gehlot chairs Energy Department review meeting in Jaipur

Jaipur (Rajasthan), July 28 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on July 28 said that the state government is making all possible efforts to provide sufficient electricity to domestic consumers as well as the agriculture sector. He was addressing the review meeting of the Energy Department at the Chief Minister’s residence. CM Gehlot directed the officers to ensure adequate availability of electricity in time so that the power supply won’t be affected under any circumstances. He said that providing adequate electricity to the common man is the priority of the state government. Along with urban and rural areas, an uninterrupted supply of electricity should also be ensured for agriculture, so that farmers do not face any problems. He instructed the officers that there should be no unannounced power cuts.
