Rajasthan: Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympic Games to start from July 10

Jaipur (Rajasthan) July 04 (ANI): Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympic Games-2023 will be organised in Rajasthan from 10th July. Under this, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot flagged off 10 special vehicles in Jaipur to spread public awareness about these games. These vehicles will spread awareness about sports by visiting all the blocks and assembly constituencies of the state along with art groups. About 57 lakh players have registered themselves to participate in these games. Along with this, the Chief Minister handed over the Games-related torch to the former international volleyball player Malti Chauhan. At the same time, he also released T-shirts, medals and certificates to be given to the participants. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympic Games-2023 will generate enthusiasm for sports among the youth of the state, which will lead to good results in future. He said that there is no dearth of talents in the state. Better opportunities are being made available to sports talents by the state government.
