Shivamogga (Karnataka), Jan 27 (ANI): The renowned Gamaka singer, HR Keshavamurthy, was conferred with the Padma Shri Award on January 26. Keshavamurthy urged the Government to promote this art. Gamaka is a form of storytelling through songs.
