Russia hosts International Port Cities Forum on future of Maritime Transport and Infrastructure

Experts from Russia, China, India and Indonesia gathered in the Kaliningrad Region for the 1st International Port Cities Forum to discuss port modernisation, urban integration, investment and workforce training. Speakers highlighted maritime trade and international cooperation, with the forum aiming to establish a permanent platform for dialogue on port development. The TV BRICS International Media Network served as the international information partner. The next forum will be held in Russia’s Arkhangelsk Region in 2027.
