Russia prefers more dialogue between India-Pak over abrogation of Article 370

New Delhi, Aug 28 (ANI): On being asked about Russia’s stand over the abrogation of Article 370, Russian Ambassador to India, Roman Babushkin said, “Decision by the Indian government belongs to bilateral dimension. We would prefer more dialogue between the two countries (India and Pakistan). Both will hear the Shimla agreement and Lahore declaration”.
