RVM Constructions Director alleges ‘massive corruption’ HGCL radial road-2 tenders in Telangana

OCT 16, 2026 (ANI) Nama Ramesh, Director of RVM Constructions India Ltd, has alleged major irregularities in the Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL) tenders for Radial Road-2 in Hyderabad. He claimed that the prescribed pre-bid meeting was bypassed and the tender process was completed in haste. Ramesh also alleged that, unlike previous tenders that typically attracted around 15 contractors, this time only contractors from Andhra Pradesh participated, with no outsiders taking part. Calling the process “shady” and alleging corruption, he said contractors were deeply hurt by the developments and vowed to continue raising their concerns publicly.
