Security tightened ahead of President Kovind’s visit to Puducherry

Puducherry, Dec 23 (ANI): Security arrangements have been made for President Ram Nath Kovind’s visit to Puducherry. President Kovind is scheduled to visit the union territory on December 23. He will address the 27th annual convocation of the Pondicherry University.
