Smoke emission continues after Bhalswa landfill fire in Delhi

New Delhi, Apr 29 (ANI): Smoke emission continued from the fire at Bhalswa landfill site which broke out on April 26. Fire tenders are still trying to douse the fire. Nearby schools have been shut down as the landfill fire is causing huge smoke in the area. Furthermore, Delhi government imposed a fine of Rs 50 lakh on the North Delhi Municipal Corporation in connection with the fire.
