Specially-abled children in Shimla make candles to light up Diwali

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Oct 19 (ANI): Specially-able children from Udaan Special School in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla are preparing candles ahead of the festival of lights ‘Diwali’. Candles are being supplied to various schools for children and teachers to purchase. Principal of the school stated that the exercise is being conducted to help improve the talent of these children. This year, the festival will be celebrated on October 27.
