Srinagar: Govt chest disease hospital becomes lifesaver amidst COVID pandemic

Srinagar, Feb 04 (ANI): When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the valley, Government chest disease hospital in Srinagar played an indispensable role in controlling the spread of the virus and saving human lives. The hospital has been a first responder of sorts while dealing with COVID-positive patients. The hospital is well equipped with advanced medical equipment and technologies such as ICU facilities, continuous oxygen service, ventilators, and other facilities. Patients from all over the valley came and got treated in hospital and walked home healthy. The doctors and medical staff strictly follow the directions laid down by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for diagnosing and treating COVID-19 patients.
