To stop stubble burning, Centre should give Rs 100 extra per quintal: CM Amarinder Singh

Ludhiana (Punjab), Oct 15 (ANI): During a roadshow in Punjab’s Ludhiana, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh spoke about stubble burning and said that to stop stubble burning central govt should give Rs 100 extra per quintal on the produce. “Few incidents of stubble burning have come to light. If we have to stop stubble burning, then the central government should give Rs 100 extra per quintal on the produce to the farmers” said, CM Captain Amarinder Singh.
