Tamil Nadu Local Body Polls: AIADMK, BJP field transgender women candidates in Chennai

Chennai, Feb 04 (ANI): AIADMK and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) fielded transgender women candidates each for the upcoming councillor elections in Chennai Corporation on February 03. The upcoming local body elections in Tamil Nadu are scheduled for February 19. BJP and AIADMK are in alliance in the state.
