Tejashwi Yadav welcomes RJD-LJD merger, calls it a step to strengthen party

New Delhi, Mar 20 (ANI): Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on March 20 welcomed the move of the RJD-LJD merger and said that the party’s strength will increase by doing this.“I am happy that Sharad Yadav took this decision of merging RJD and LJD. The party’s strength will increase by doing this. It is our responsibility to take everyone together and raise the voice of the people of Bihar more strongly. The people of the opposition will have to think that that how to come on one platform,” said Yadav while speaking to ANI.Notably, Sharad Yadav-led Loktantrik Janata Dal (United) announced a merger with Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) led by Lalu Prasad Yadav on March 20 in Delhi.
