Tiger ST-16 dies after being tranquilized in Rajasthan’s Alwar

Alwar (Rajasthan), June 09 (ANI): A tiger popularly known as ST-16 died in Rajasthan’s Alwar. He died after he was tranquilised at Sariska Tiger Reserve in Alwar. While speaking to ANI on this matter, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Sariska Tiger Reserve Sheduram Yadav said, “ST-16 was tranquilized as he was wounded. He didn't gain consciousness. He was given normal doze and even after being tranquilized he had walked 2-2.5 km.”
