Tripura: Blood donation camp organized in Agartala to combat insufficiency of blood at blood banks

Agartala (Tripura), July 10 (ANI): Tripura has been facing blood insufficiency at 14 blood banks. Chief Minister Manik Saha appealed to people and organisations to come forward and donate blood for patients. Organisations like social clubs, NGOs, medical societies, and even religious institutes came forward to donate blood. Smriti Club organised a Mega Blood Donation Programme in Agartala on July 9. A large number of donors willingly arrived to donate blood. CM Manik Saha also joined the blood donation camp to express gratitude to the donors.
