Tripura CM Manik Saha attends tribal Durga Puja celebrations, praises cultural vibrancy and growth

Agartala (Tripura), September 29, 2025 (ANI): On the occasion of Maha Saptami, Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha visited Durga Puja celebrations organized by the tribal communities in the ADC areas of Takarjala and Jampui Jala. The Chief Minister interacted with the devotees and joined them in the festive joy, appreciating the cultural vibrancy of the celebrations. He also noted that compared to earlier years, the number of Durga Pujas in tribal areas has significantly increased, reflecting the growing enthusiasm and participation of the community. Extending his festive greetings, the Chief Minister emphasized that such celebrations strengthen harmony and brotherhood among people while preserving cultural traditions.
