Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat welcomes Indians evacuated from Ukraine

New Delhi, Mar 02 (ANI): Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on March 02 welcomed Indian citizens evacuated from Ukraine at Delhi airport. The evacuees escaped the war-torn country and went to Bucharest, Romania, from where they returned to Delhi. “You all have come to India with a sad memory. Many of you may not have been able to sleep for hours and days. Government is working day and night for you. More people will be evacuated in next 2-3 days,” said Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. Indian government has launched ‘Operation Ganga’ to evacuate Indian nationals stuck in Ukraine amid Russian military operation in the country.
