Uttarakhand CM applauds ‘Homestay’ scheme, says it provided 8,000 jobs

Almora (Uttarakhand), Dec 17 (ANI): While addressing a public rally in Almora, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on December 17 applauded ‘Homestay’ scheme and said through this scheme, around 3,600 registrations have been done so far and provided employment to 8,000 people in the state. “Our Government is boosting the economy and tourism of Uttarakhand, through homestays. Homestays will be arranged in villages too. Around 3,600 homestays are registered so far, providing employment to 8,000 people,” said Uttarakhand CM.
