Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Mar 23 (ANI): Newly sworn-in Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on March 23 offered prayers at ‘Har Ki Pauri’ in Haridwar. He took oath as Chief Minister of state on March 23.
