Uttarakhand polls: Almost all names have finalised based on merits of candidates, says Harish Rawat

New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): Ahead of Uttarakhand Assembly polls, Senior Congress leader Harish Rawat on January 14 said, “Discussion was held on 70 seats and almost all names have been finalised based on merits of the candidates. Tomorrow we will present the names before Central Election Committee (CEC).
