Coonoor (Tamil Nadu), Dec 9 (ANI): A video made by the locals, living near chopper crash site, containing the final moments of IAF chopper carrying CDS Bipin Rawat and 13 others before it crashed in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu December 08. General Bipin Rawat, his wife, and 11 other personnel of the Armed Forces died after a IAF Mi-17V5 helicopter crashed on December 08.
