Watch: Ramban SSP attempts to persuade terrorist to surrender in Batote

Ramban (J&K), Sep 29 (ANI): Ramban SSP Anita Sharma during encounter in Batote town of Jammu and Kashmir asked terrorists to surrender. “We assure nothing will happen to you, come out as the 15 minute time given to you is over,” said SSP Sharma using a microphone from outside the spot where terrorist was hiding. Security forces eliminated three terrorists in Batote town of Ramban district in Jammu and Kashmir on September 28. One Army personnel also lost his life while two policemen got injured during the encounter. The lone civilian hostage, captured by the terrorists in a civilian house, was also evacuated by the security forces.
