Puri (Odisha), July 12 (ANI): The ‘Rath Yatra’ began in Odisha’s Puri with great pomp and show on July 12. No devotees are allowed to participate in the ‘yatra’ due to the COVID pandemic and only servitors, who are fully vaccinated, are authorized to pull the chariots.
