Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Aug 25 (ANI): A team of State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) rescued people from a flash flood in Dehradun on August 24. In the video, the SDRF team can be seen carrying out the rescue operation to evacuate people with the help of strong cables.
