New Delhi, Aug 15 (ANI): Several women and specially-abled children came in to tie ‘rakhi’ to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. They also presented him posters and cards. Raksha Bandhan is a traditional festival of love and care between brother and sister.
