West Bengal Civic Polls: BJP leader Samik Bhattacharya casts his vote in Bidhannagar

Bidhannagar (West Bengal), Feb 12 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Samik Bhattacharya cast his vote at Apeejay School in Bidhannagar on Feb 12 as the West Bengal State Election Commission (SEC) civic polls in four municipal corporations-Siliguri, Bidhannagar, Chandannagar, and Asansol began today. Speaking to ANI, Samik Bhattacharya said, “In ward no 31, our candidate caught 2 voters. Many outsiders there, people going for proxy voting. BJP contesting against 3 forces - Trinamool Congress hoodlums, Election Commission and West Bengal Police-Administration.” The counting of votes will take place on February 14.
