Howrah (West Bengal), Aug 05 (ANI): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held a Global Advisory Board meeting to discuss how to beat the impending third wave of COVID-19 in the state. Nobel laureate Abhijit Banerjee was also present at the meeting.
