Wife of slain IAF Squadron leader Nirmal Khanna thanks Govt to include his name on the NWM

Jammu, Oct 06 (ANI): Wife of slain IAF Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna, Nirmal Khanna thanked central government to include his name on the National War Memorial in New Delhi. Indian Air Force (IAF) approved the case to include the name of Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna on the National War Memorial in New Delhi. “What else can a soldier long for? When a soldier wears uniform, he knows it's a coffin. I am thankful to Indian Air Force and central government,” said wife of Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna.The Squadron Leader, along with three IAF personnel, were killed on January 25, 1990, in a terror attack by the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF). It is alleged that separatist leader Yasin Malik had killed Ravi Khanna in the terror attack.
