Will make plans to reduce overcrowding at stations: MoS Railways

Mumbai, Sep 07 (ANI): Union Minister of State of Railways Raosaheb Patil Danve said that there is a need to improve accessibility and security in railways. MoS Danve said, “We have to develop 68 railway stations in line with the standards of Bhopal and Gandhinagar railway stations. Railways are the lifeline of Mumbaikars and planning is needed for better accessibility and security of travellers”. “We are also going to make a plan to reduce overcrowding in railway stations. I spoke to some travellers about their convenience. I have received some suggestions and we will discuss those in upcoming meetings,” he added.
