Women in Kolkata stage sit-in protest against CAA, NRC

Kolkata, Jan 08 (ANI): Women staged a sit-in protest against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and proposed National Register of Citizens (NRC) at Park Circus Maidan on January 08. One of the protesters said, “I want to ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Ministers, what documents they have which prove them Indians.” Women are protesting here since last night.
