New Delhi (Delhi) 21 Jan 2026 (ANI): India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar said India and Spain are victims of terrorism and the world must display zero tolerance for terrorism. He made the remarks during talks with Spain’s Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares in Delhi.
