Yoga session held for journalists and influencers in Azerbaijan

Baku (Azerbaijan), June 29 (ANI): Ambassador of India to Azerbaijan, Abhay Kumar, led a special Power Yoga session for journalists and social media influencers at India House, marking the successful conclusion of the Embassy's International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations. The session included yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, highlighting Yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Drawing a parallel between Yoga and the media, Ambassador Abhay Kumar said Yoga connects the body, mind, and spirit, while the media connects people and nations, fostering dialogue, understanding, and peace.
