“You are not well advised…” VP Dhankhar schools Kharge for the presence of PM in Rajya Sabha

New Delhi, August 02 (ANI): Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on August 02 schooled Rajya Sabha LoP Mallikarjun Kharge. Mallikarjun Kharge was stating points why Manipur issue should be discussed in the House and why the Prime Minister should come to the House and give the statement. To this, VP Jagdeep Dhankhar said that he cannot impart a directive for the presence of the Prime Minister in the House. “From this chair, I will be violating my oath, if I impart a directive for presence of the honourable Prime Minister. That has never been done. From this chair, a directive of this nature, which has never been issued, will not be issued. You are not being well advised. I cannot give that direction,” Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar told LoP Mallikarjun Kharge.
