Kathmandu (Nepal), Feb 05 (ANI): In a bid to strengthen ties between India and Nepal, both the neighbouring countries recently have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the newly project to build a bridge over Mahakali River. Mahakali Treety is an agreement between the two government for the development of watershed of Mahakali River. And the treaty was signed in 1996.
