Delhi polls: Instigating speeches being monitored, says CP Amulya Patnaik

New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik said that they are monitoring instigating speeches during the election rallies; they had also deployed more than 40,000 staff and 19,000 home guards for security arrangements. "I would like to assure that Delhi Police made detailed arrangement. More than 40,000 staff will be deployed from Delhi Police itself and 19,000 home guards have been deployed.
