Patna (Bihar), June 22 (ANI): With temperatures soaring and heat waves being declared in various states in the past, rain lashed parts of Patna. Rain brought respite from sweltering heat for the people of Patna. Monsoon rains have started in South India, while there is still more time left for the monsoon to reach North India.
