मोचा तूफान (Mocha Cyclone) गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान में बदल गया है। मछुआरों और शिप्स को मध्य और उत्तरपूर्व बंगाल की खाड़ी एवं उत्तरी अंडमान सागर में ना जाने की सलाह दी है। वहां पहले से मौजूद जहाजों को तट पर लौटने के लिए कहा गया है। एनडीआरएफ (NDRF) की टीमें लोगों को घर मैं रहने की हिदायत दे रही है। एनडीआरएफ के बटालियन के कमांडेंट गुरमिंदर सिंह ने इस साइक्लोन को लेकर क्या कहा सुनिए।
