Pune (Maharashtra): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar once again slammed the Western nations for their financial commitments to combat Climate Change. During a book launch event in Pune, he said, “Developed countries have been promising to finance, but they never delivered on it. They tell the countries to raise their climate ambitions, but they themselves won’t deliver on their old financial promises.” “The real issue is how do the countries who have occupied carbon space, who have created the climate crisis, take the responsibility and how do they allow corrective actions,” he said.
