I don't think Mahatma Gandhi is father of nation: Savarkar’s grandson

Mumbai, Oct 13 (ANI): Ranjit Savarkar, the grandson of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar on October 13 said that he doesn’t think Mahatma Gandhi is the father of nation.“Country like India cannot have one father of the nation, there are thousands who have been forgotten who had contributed. So, no person can be the father of nation. I don't think Gandhi is the father of nation," said Ranjit Savarkar. Ranjit Savarkar’s comments came after AIMIM’s Asaduddin's Owaisi said that Veer Savarkar will be declared as “Father of the Nation” by RSS.
